Terms that apply to custom engraving orders and communications with Etch 8:31.

Custom Orders
Custom engraved products are created using the information, wording, artwork, specifications, and instructions supplied or approved by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, numbers, artwork, placement, and other order details before engraving begins.
Changes and Cancellations
Because custom items are made specifically for the customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible after design preparation, engraving, or production has begun. Contact Etch 8:31 as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed.
Custom and Personalized Items
Personalized or custom-engraved items may not be returnable or refundable once engraving has begun, except when required by law or when Etch 8:31 determines that an error was caused by our workmanship.
Customer-Provided Items
When a customer provides an item for engraving, the customer accepts the normal risks associated with laser engraving. Material composition, coatings, finishes, hidden defects, and manufacturing variations can affect the final result. Etch 8:31 will use reasonable care when working with customer-provided items.
Artwork and Permissions
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, trademarks, or other content for engraving, the customer represents that they have the right or permission to use that material for the requested purpose. Etch 8:31 may decline work that cannot reasonably or lawfully be completed.
Turnaround and Availability
Completion dates and turnaround estimates may vary depending on product availability, order complexity, artwork preparation, event schedules, and workload. Rush orders are subject to availability and may involve additional charges when disclosed and accepted before work begins.
Text Message Terms
When you voluntarily opt in to text message updates from Etch 8:31, you agree to receive customer-service and order-related text messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
